Embodied Enneagram Meditation Group
When we take the time to meditate on what the enneagram means for us in our personal journey, it can give us a sense of clarity, transformation, and meaning. It can be challenging trying to find time for meditation and grounding within our body in a fast-paced world. My goal for this group is to give you that opportunity for 30 minutes out of your day. We will meet via Zoom on the second Saturday of the month at 10:30 am CDT starting August 8, 2020. The cost is US$25, which will give you access to the recording and a transcript of the meditation.

Anchoring and Remembering Yourself With the Enneagram
In this series of three workshops, you will learn to uncover your inner wisdom through the psychological-spiritual life map called the Enneagram to help you through this time of Covid-19. You will discover the strengths of each of the nine Enneagram types. Regardless of whether you know your type you can benefit from learning the strengths of each of the nine types and the centers they belong to. You benefit because you have access to all nine types. You will have the opportunity to discover and anchor your strengths in every cell of your being through bodywork and breathing practices. You will build up your awareness, grounding and capacity to return to inner peace and confidence to help you move through all the ups and downs of this chaotic time in the world.
